INSIDE OUT
Somatic Practices for the Body, Mind & Spirit
“Soma” means “body” and “somatics” refers to body-centered practices that cultivate greater awareness of the body, breath, and inner experience. Somatic practices and therapies are designed to support the nervous system and help create a greater sense of safety, ease, and connection within oneself.
Whether you’re receiving integrative massage, or practicing movement, meditation, breathwork or co-regulation, somatic work invites you to bring conscious attention to your internal experience and body sensation. This repeated shift in attention—from mental activity back to breath and internal experience—can regulate the nervous system in the moment and gradually rewire it over time.
The nervous system is intricately connected to all aspects of our being and somatic practices can meaningfully impact perception, relationships, and lived experience.
There are many ways to support the nervous system. I offer a range of somatic practices and therapies, and personalize each session just for you.
Whether you’re on vacation and want to come once, or you’re curious about ongoing support, I invite you to explore my offerings and reach out if it feels right.
